Academic & Professional Background: Franck Berthault has completed a D.J.C.E (Montpellier) mentored by Pr Mousseron. Having joined the law firm of BAKER & McKENZIE in 1988, he acquired six years of experience in the Paris and Washington D.C. offices, focusing his practice on contract law, economic law and intellectual property. He served as an adjunct professor in the Faculté de droit of Montpellier and coordinated enterprise training programs. He has been a voluntary member of Initiadroit, an association designed to promote the interest for law through awareness campaigns in schools and high schools.
