International

To keep pace with the evolving needs of today’s increasingly global businesses and provide high level legal support to our clients, we have developed a seamless international practice.
As laws and markets evolve, our openness to the pratice of global service is an absolute necessity.

It is also an opportunity to acquire rich, coherent knowledge about different legal and economic cultures.
Since the creation of the firm, the founding partners and the associate lawyers have shown particular interest in international matters. They have built close relationships with correspondent law firms worldwide, sharing the same vision of the lawyer’s role.

Through these partnerships and our long experience, we can easily and rapidly provide our French clients with assistance and advice on any foreign law.

We also have developed a specific expertise in handling legal actions started in France against non-French companies. Such legal actions require a deep knowledge of the applicable procedural rules and also a good understanding of any technical constraints, the language of the targeted country and the specific rules governing the service of judicial documents locally. It is also vital to identify and anticipate potential issues that may hamper the enforcement of a French court decision in the applicable country.

In other instances, we provide services to non-French clients by performing acts and by completing legal formalities and providing corporate secretarial services on their behalf.

Due to our partners’ Mediterranean origins and interest in the Spanish culture, our firm was naturally drawn to develop a special relationship with Spain and a specialized skill in addressing the challenges inherent in the Franco-Spanish relations.
